I don’t think I ever instantly loved a single from Taylor more then I did with anti-hero. I remember my jaw just being dropped listening to the lyrics for the first time. It felt like a pivotal moment in her writing career, a new level of lyricism. It’s hyper aware and self critical in the best way.
